When can I check in?

You can check in at 3:00 pm.  Let us know if you are getting in early, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in.   Should we be unable to accommodate an early check-in, we can assist you with storage of your luggage while you relax in the pool or at the beach. We will try to make your time enjoyable while your condo is being prepared for you. During peak season, spring break and other high demand times check-in is after 4 pm.

 

When is my checkout time?

Check out is at 10 am in the morning. If your departure time dos not coincide with your check-out time, please contact our front desk prior to your check-out date. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. Late check-out fees may apply.

The friendly staff at Vacation Rentals in Paradise strives to provide great guest services, wonderful amenities and a personalized stay to make your Fort Myers Beach vacation an unforgettable experience and are only available to our guests that book directly by calling Vacation Rentals in Paradise to make a reservation.  NOTEWe do not advertise on Craigslist.  All rentals are handled by Vacation Rentals in Paradise Staff.

 

What is included in our condo?

There are several amenities included in your stay with us at the Bay to Beach Resort, Pelican Watch & Bel Air properties. Each condo at these properties is stocked with linens, towels and there is a starter set of amenities such as: shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dish soap and coffee. Additional amenities can be purchased for a minimal price at the front desk. Each unit has dishes and cooking items for use as well as towels and beach towels. We do not offer a towel exchange, however you do have access to a washer & dryer. When checking into the front desk, ask us about our bags (or cornhole) set that is available free of charge. 

 

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

All of our properties & condos are non-smoking and non-vaping.  There is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted. Bay to Beach is a completely non-smoking and non-vaping resort. This means there is no smoking or vaping permitted in the parking lot, pool area, condos, lanais, hallways or beach. If you do choose to smoke or vape, there will be at least a $500 cleaning fee associated with your reservation.

 

How far is my vacation loation from the Fort Myers airport?

You are staying only twenty miles from the airport!

 

Do I need to bring beach towels?

No, beach towels are provided for you.  We do not offer a towel exchange, however you do have access to a washer and dryer.

 

Is there parking?

We proudly offer complimentary parking at all of our vacation rentals.  Bay to Beach Resort guests have 1 parking spot per condo- visitor parking passes are limited to only 1 and are on a 1st come 1st serve basis, Bel Air Beach Club guests are allowed 1 vehicle per condo, Pelican Watch guests are allowed 1 vehicle per condo, and Island Hop Cottage guests are allowed 2 vehicles.  These amounts include guest/visitor vehicles.  Vehicles in addition to the allowable amount are not permitted & will be towed at owner’s expense.

 

What if I have to cancel?

We hate when a guest has to cancel!  We have a 60 day cancellation policy for all reservations.  All cancelled reservations will incur a $75 cancellation fee.  Should you need to cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your remaining deposit.  Reservations cancelled 60 to 15 days prior to arrival date will forfeit rental deposit. Reservations that are cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival date- guests are responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

Do you offer discounts?

A 4% customer service charge is applied to all sales.  As an incentive for our guests we offer a discount to pay with cash or check by giving a 4.00% immediate discount on the customer service charge.  Payments must be made in the form of US dollars, Checks made payable to Vacation Rentals in Paradise.  We gladly accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards for your convenience.

 

What if it rains during my whole stay or if there is a hurricane?

We really do feel bad when it rains during our guest's stay.  Even though we would like to, we cannot control the weather and any guests wanting to leave or cancel their reservation due to mere bad weather will not receive a refund of any kind. 

If there is a tropical storm/hurricane no refunds will be given unless State/Local authorities order mandatory evacuations for Fort Myers Beach Area.  The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation for the Fort Myers Beach Area we will refund: a) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently staying at a Vacation Rentals in Paradise, LLC managed property that Vacation Rentals in Paradise, LLC has collected or b) The 20% deposit and/or prepaid rent for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the tropical storm/hurricane warning period.  These refunds will be made by check through the mail, after the storm/hurricane passes.  Vacation Rentals in Paradise, LLC is not responsible for: a) Finding alternate lodging and   b) Financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging.

 

 

Returned Check Process

Vacation Rentals in Paradise, LLC has a zero tolerance policy regarding returned checks.  Persons who submit checks to Vacation Rentals in Paradise, LLC for payment that are subsequently returned for insufficient funds, stopped payment, inability to locate, etc. will be in danger of having their reservation cancelled.   



If a check is returned, the guest will be responsible for paying the full amount of the check that was returned as well as a MANDATORY returned check fee.  Returned check fee is as follows, $40 for a check written in the amount of $800 or less OR in the case of a returned check greater than $800 the fee would be 5% of the returned check amount.  Payment MUST be received within 10 business days of being notified of a returned check or the reservation will be cancelled and/or guests evicted.



The ONLY acceptable forms of payments for returned checks are cash, money order, cashier's check, or Credit Card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; there is a 4% customer service charge applied to all Credit Card sales.
