Penthouse 3 is on the top floor of the Bel Air Beach Club. This five-story, beach-front building is located just two doors from Bay to Beach, closer to the pier. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and accommodates up to six persons. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar and barstools with seating for two. The dining area has seating for 6 six. The living area has beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico through the sliding glass doors that open out onto the private, screened balcony. Other condo amenities include a queen sleeper sofa, large TV, Wi-Fi, and this condo features a private laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Additional building amenities include a heated pool, complimentary beach chairs, and one assigned covered parking space. It is less than a five minute walk to the Times Square where there is plenty of local dining, shops, nightlife & fishing from the Pier. Bel Air Beach Club and the exterior amenities are maintained and managed by RAL Resort Property Management, LLC and are not the responsibility of Vacation Rentals in Paradise, LLC.
