Penthouse 1 is on the top floor of the Carlos Point Beach Club, located at 8350 Estero Blvd. This seven-story, beach-front building is located at the Southern most tip of Fort Myers Beach. This penthouse condo has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath and accommodates up to 8 persons. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a walk-in shower. Two of the three guest bedrooms have a queen bed while the fourth guest bedroom has two twin beds. The full guest bath has a walk-in shower. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar and barstools. The living area has beautiful panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico through the sliding glass doors that open out onto the large private, screened balcony. Other condo amenities include a private laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Additional building amenities include a heated pool with plenty of complimentary chairs and shaded areas. It is a short drive to Publix, Santini Plaza, and Times Square where there is plenty of local dining, shops and nightlife.
